This opportunity will allow you to join our decentralized team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist II. You'll have the opportunity to explore your strengths in both accounting campus recruiting and experienced recruiting efforts.
Responsibilities:

  • Exhibits a moderate understanding of the job requirements and practical knowledge relevant to the managed requisitions.
  • Source actively for qualified candidates for current and anticipated job openings
  • Works independently with general supervision
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to establish relationships quickly and effectively with hiring managers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with partners/principals, hiring managers, candidates, community partners, and team
    members
  • Ability to communicate effectively and both establish and maintain progressive relationships with colleagues, leaders, and
    candidates.
  • Generate and share content to enhance the Wipfli brand and act as a brand advocate
  • Manage full cycle recruitment process
  • Develop recruitment strategy to target diverse talent for current openings and actions that lead to building a diverse talent
    pipeline.
  • Utilize assessment tools, such as Predictive Index, to better assess a candidate's fit for a particular position and/or team
  • Communicate recruitment strategy and process information that may require supporting meetings/interactions to provide
    additional explanation or interpretation to associates and/or team members
  • Utilize ATS for tracking and reporting on recruitment activity for the assigned business unit(s)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems (Workday and ICIMS highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated application of sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
