Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Develop and refine job descriptions.
- Identify potential candidates through various online platforms.
- Compose engaging recruitment messages to attract passive candidates.
- Evaluate incoming resumes and applications.
- Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
- Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate candidates' skills.
- Promote job openings on various platforms, including the company’s career page and job boards.
- Present candidates to client hiring managers and other designated representatives.
- Conduct verbal job offer calls and address any inquiries regarding benefits.
- Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with managers, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with management to anticipate future hiring needs.
- Mentor new hires and assist with their onboarding process.
Qualifications Required:
- A minimum of 4 years of recent experience in recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing.
- At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles or account management.
- Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
