Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment team in attracting and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining our recruitment database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the logistics of recruitment events, including campus visits and job fairs.
  • Candidate Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate record-keeping. Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Communication: Communicate with candidates regarding their application status, interview feedback, and next steps. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. Assist in preparing and presenting reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support. Gather feedback from candidates and recommend improvements to the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of progressively responsible human resources coordination experience and/or equivalent combination of related education and experience
  • General knowledge of Human Resources and recruitment theories, practices, legislation, and resources
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and Recruitment Management Systems. Workday experience preferred
