Talent Acquisition Specialist (Outbound)

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Outbound) is responsible for actively seeking out qualified passive candidates for various opportunities within Hillpointe. This role collaborates closely with the Talent Team to leverage diverse sourcing channels across multiple regions, attracting top-tier talent and fostering relationships with potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with hiring managers to gain insights into departmental needs, job specifications, and recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, from initial interviews to job offers.
  • Enhance applicant attraction by utilizing job boards and social media platforms to increase visibility and monitor candidate engagement.
  • Assess candidates through pre-employment screenings, psychometric evaluations, and discussions regarding job requirements, while applying best practice interviewing techniques.
  • Source and evaluate candidates using job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and professional networking platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate management interviews, track feedback, and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Lead to develop and cultivate talent pools in various geographic regions.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates to monitor the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
