Talent Acquisition Specialist

HR-Rethought is a human resources consulting firm dedicated to providing tailored HR solutions for businesses across various sectors.

We specialize in partnering with small to medium-sized enterprises, acting as their outsourced HR and recruitment department.

Our clientele spans diverse industries, including manufacturing, engineering, and retail services.


We are expanding our operations and seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing candidates for a wide range of roles while fostering strong relationships with our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in recruitment and appreciate the unique needs of small businesses when it comes to hiring strategies.

Multitasking Skills: The ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while documenting processes and progress is crucial.

Strong Communication: Clear communication with candidates, clients, and team members is vital.

We operate as a cohesive unit, assisting each other as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine job descriptions

Identify potential candidates through various online platforms

Create engaging outreach emails to attract passive candidates

Evaluate incoming resumes and applications

Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person

Administer assessments to evaluate candidates' skills

Post job openings on the company’s career page and other platforms

Present candidates to client hiring managers and relevant stakeholders

Facilitate verbal job offers and address any inquiries regarding benefits

Track essential recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, addressing concerns as necessary

Collaborate with management to anticipate future hiring needs

Guide new hires through the onboarding process

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing

At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles or account management

Proficient with technology and quick to learn new software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions

Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects
