Position Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top talent for our organization. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and candidate assessment will be essential in fulfilling our staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events to attract qualified candidates.
  • Resume Screening: Conduct thorough pre-screening of resumes based on the criteria set by Hiring Managers.
  • Recruitment Meetings: Facilitate discussions with Hiring Managers to align on recruitment goals, expectations, and timelines.
  • Initial Interviews: Perform preliminary phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize interviews and ensure effective communication among candidates, external agencies, and internal teams.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from preparation and sourcing to selection and hiring.
  • Offer Negotiation: Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment offers with selected candidates.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Excel.
  • Candidate Networking: Build a robust network of potential candidates for future opportunities, including leading recruitment events.
  • Innovative Strategies: Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies based on research and industry trends.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Payroll Accuracy: Review employee timesheets to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee benefit enrollments, maintenance, and terminations.
  • Data Management: Assist with data entry and maintenance of employee records.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding of new hires and the offboarding of departing employees.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks, including document organization.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.
