Job Summary:

Protection Strategies Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Lead Investigator to join our team. As a Compliance Lead Investigator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facility Inspections: Serve as the functional team leader for facility inspections, ensuring that all inspections are conducted in accordance with established protocols.
  2. Support Services: Respond to the Senior Project Manager or Assistant PM as requested to assist in ensuring that ERO receives the support services for which the contractor is responsible.
  3. Interface with Field Office and Facility Staff: Interface with field office and facility staff to ensure comprehensive inspections and effective communication.
  4. Work Product Management: Create and/or manage facility inspection work products as directed by the SPM or APM.
  5. Report Compilation: Compile factual reports reflective of the facility inspections wherein you served as the LCI.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree plus ten (10) years' related work experience in detention, corrections, or a related criminal justice field.
  2. Subject Matter Expertise: Possess the qualifications required by one of the four Subject Matter Expert specialty fields.
