Residential Program Assistant

The Residential Program Assistant plays a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential program.
Salary: $20-$21/hour based on certification and experience
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals, clean the living area, and perform other domestic tasks
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals served, families/guardians, peers, community partners, and government agencies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in substance abuse and/or mental health field preferred
- Valid driver's license required
