Health Solutions Account Executive/Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Solutions Account Executive/Vice President to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our industry-leading team, you will play a critical role in empowering results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Health in Los Angeles, CA.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Health Solutions relationship with Aon, driving growth and expansion of the overall client relationship.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client growth and retention, leveraging your expertise in the group health and benefits industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and services to clients, including management of vendor relationships and development of scope of services.
- Stay up-to-date on local, regional, and national healthcare market trends, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
- Lead day-to-day vendor management, as needed, and maintain direct line of communication with senior decision makers at client organizations.
- Present innovative solutions and services developed by Aon to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.
- 15+ years of experience in the group health and benefits industry.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and project management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong working knowledge of benefits and services offered to clients.
- Financial acumen and strong presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions to clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience, with appropriate insurance license or certification.
