Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will engage with customers in a courteous, professional, and prompt manner.


Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service by clearly explaining rental agreements, vehicle features, and available services, including optional protection plans, upgrades, fuel choices, and additional equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive customer support by offering directions, maps, local insights, and relevant service information.
2. Handle incoming calls related to reservations, pricing inquiries, and general information, ensuring accurate information and resolutions for customers, other locations, and vendors.
3. Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and other assigned tasks.
4. Assist in evaluating the condition of vehicles upon their return.
5. Report any known customer issues to management promptly.
6. Notify management of any vehicle concerns and necessary maintenance.
7. Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored educational opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.


- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales within retail, guest services, or administrative roles is necessary.

- A valid driver's license is required.
- No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the last 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related offenses on your driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).


- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
