Insurance Customer Relations Supervisor

A successful independent insurance agent is seeking a qualified professional for the role of Insurance Customer Relations Supervisor.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about enhancing our business through meaningful interactions and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based assessment approach to inform clients about various insurance options.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Preferred experience in sales (either outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- A proven history of achieving sales targets
- A genuine interest in the role that insurance and financial products play in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations
- Self-motivation and attention to detail
- The ability to deliver presentations to prospective clients
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with customers
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
