The Client Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer journey. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional service, facilitating seamless transactions, and promoting company-approved products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. The Specialist will also oversee the rental process by verifying and documenting essential driver information, ensuring an efficient rental and return experience.

Compensation: This role offers a starting pay of $16.00 per hour along with potential bonuses of up to $500 monthly.

Work Schedule Options:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
  • Provide customers with local area information, directions, and other relevant assistance.
  • Handle incoming calls for reservations, inquiries, and customer support.
  • Conduct follow-up calls as necessary for customer engagement.
  • Evaluate the condition of vehicles upon return.
  • Report any customer or vehicle issues to management promptly.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related offenses on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
