The Customer Experience Representative (CXR) plays a vital role in managing the daily operations related to the collection of customer accounts while addressing various customer concerns associated with billing, pricing, and discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection efforts and resolution of billing issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide support and information regarding their accounts.
- Identify potential credit risks and escalate significant issues to the appropriate supervisors.
- Maintain strong relationships with branch and account managers to facilitate collection efforts.
- Document all communications and actions taken regarding customer accounts for future reference.
- Investigate and resolve disputes, ensuring accuracy in customer account management.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
