Position Overview:

The Customer Experience Representative (CXR) plays a vital role in managing the daily operations related to the collection of customer accounts while addressing various customer concerns associated with billing, pricing, and discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection efforts and resolution of billing issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide support and information regarding their accounts.
  • Identify potential credit risks and escalate significant issues to the appropriate supervisors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with branch and account managers to facilitate collection efforts.
  • Document all communications and actions taken regarding customer accounts for future reference.
  • Investigate and resolve disputes, ensuring accuracy in customer account management.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
