We are seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced office setting where no two days are alike. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, and you will juggle various responsibilities in a high-energy environment. This role demands a composed demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and strong organizational capabilities, as you will interact with a diverse range of clients and vendors both over the phone and in person. Your primary objective will be to assist the company and its leadership in fulfilling client requests efficiently and effectively.

Rest assured, you will not be working in isolation. You will receive daily support from the company owner and collaborate closely with our Designers (external sales team) and operational staff (shop fabricators and field installers), all of whom will rely on your expertise due to the critical nature of your position. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career and skill set while joining a rapidly expanding company led by experienced entrepreneurs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls and emails daily
  • Engaging directly with clients and overseeing all phases of their projects
  • Coordinating in-home appointments with the design team
  • Collaborating with shop personnel and field installers
  • Facilitating client communication to proactively address and resolve issues
  • Maintaining the customer database and ensuring timely data entry into our internal systems

Essential qualifications:

  • Outstanding organizational skills, a calm demeanor, and a professional attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive listener with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage and oversee team members
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Familiarity with computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Gmail
  • Capability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines

Additional desired skills:

  • Experience with Google Sheets formulas and macros is advantageous
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Constant Contact and SurveyMonkey is a plus
  • Experience in creating social media content and managing online presence is beneficial
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work as needed)
