Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

At DVL Group, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing direct support to our HVAC Sales team, Sales Coordinators, and the Territory Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, create, and maintain thermal project forecasting reports using our company software (HubSpot CRM System).
  • Provide support for Thermal Sales Managers in creating and maintaining relationships with mechanical contractors and engineers in Utah, Northern Nevada, Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming.
  • Participate in monthly company sales meetings and provide accurate forecasting reports, including details on thermal equipment, services, and sales, as well as large thermal projects in the sales area.
  • Maintain safety certifications as required by the company and customers to ensure safe operations while onsite.
  • Monitor monthly commission reports provided by company manufacturers (Vertiv) for accuracy and notify the respective manufacturers, sales managers, and Accounting of any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate the startup, commissioning, and delivery of supplied thermal services or third-party service companies.
  • Act as the point of contact for manufacturer projects and services.
  • Create, coordinate, and assist sales team with customer proposals.
Requirements:
  • High School degree required; Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or Visio (or similar) for preparation of thermal single lines, schematics, elevations, floor plans, and various control systems.
  • Familiarity and understanding of thermal/HVAC control systems.
  • Familiarity with the ASHRAE 90.1 and ICC International Energy Conservation Code (IECC).
  • Proven professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Valid Driver's License to visit customer sites.
  • Desire to eventually become an outside commission-based sales manager.

The salary range for this position is $61,000-$81,000 plus bonus based on relevant technical inside sales experience. We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, including an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401(k) Retirement Program, and comprehensive health insurance.
