Regional Maintenance Manager

Fairgrove Property Management is seeking a seasoned Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations for our properties in Southern California. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with maintenance operations oversight of properties within the assigned region.
  • Oversee administration of ~ 10 direct reports, including timecard management, performance reviews, and ongoing training.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
  • Monitor and quality check of maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and repairs.
  • Serve as escalation point to resolve matters for all stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Performing routine work orders 40% of their time.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in property management maintenance or a related field.
  • Proficient in using AppFolio, or similar Property Management Software, and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook and Teams).
  • Proven leadership skills demonstrated by successfully leading a team.
  • Organized and able to manage work orders for multiple priorities.
  • Clean driving record and dependable transportation.
