Job Summary

A/Z is seeking an experienced Electrical Working Lead to oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical projects and systems. The successful candidate will lead a team of trade employees and apprentices, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of electrical work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electrical technicians and apprentices in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and projects.
  • Develop and implement plans and procedures for electrical work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
  • OSHA 10 certification and knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
  • Competency in Permit Required Confined Spaces and understanding of daily Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
  • High School diploma and applicable State Trade License.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

The successful candidate will be able to perform tasks in all aspects of construction sites, including climbing ladders and crawling as needed. They will also be able to work from aerial lifts and lift and manipulate objects of up to 50 lbs.
