Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Realtor Careers with professionalism in all communications, including phone, email, and text.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Utilize effective listening and questioning techniques to ascertain client needs.
  • Conduct over 130 outbound warm calls daily to identify and address client requirements while providing exceptional service.
  • Manage a minimum of 35 successful connections each day.
  • Facilitate meaningful connections between clients, consumers, and real estate professionals to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Oversee the sales process from initial client assessment to interview confirmation.
  • Act as a frontline representative throughout the sales cycle, from request intake to client-agent meetings, including client verification and assessment.

Work Environment:

  • We foster a culture of creativity and innovation, grounded in in-person collaboration. Most roles require employees to work in the office three or more days a week, allowing for rich collaboration and community building. For this position, you will work in our office three days a week and have the flexibility to work remotely for two days.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume call environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Proficient in overcoming objections to ensure a positive client experience while maintaining professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in daily tasks.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and G Suite applications.
  • A reliable internet connection to support daily activities, including phone calls, video conferencing, and online training.
  • A willingness to seek assistance and provide support to colleagues when needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.47, plus commission opportunities.
