We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Administrative Coordinator to support our team in a dynamic real estate environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22 - $25 per hour (with potential for future increases)
- Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursday through Monday (with some flexibility required)
- Possibility to earn additional income as an independent contractor through weekend assistance
The ideal candidate will be self-driven, polished, and possess exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Real estate license is preferred but not mandatory
- Must be present in the office at least five days a week (this is not a remote role)
- No side sales activities permitted due to time constraints
- Reliable transportation is essential for commuting to the office and properties
- Punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately are crucial
- Must exhibit high energy, a positive attitude, and a welcoming demeanor
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the team lead's emails and text communications
- Handling inbound phone calls for the team lead
- Overseeing the team lead's calendar
- Performing various administrative tasks as needed
- Assisting the Listing Coordinator when required
- Providing property services as necessary (including showings, lockbox management, signage, and photography)
This position is designed for long-term engagement, with a comprehensive training period of approximately two months to fully grasp our operational methods.
