About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our branches to new heights. As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed branch targets. Identify market opportunities, analyze trends, and drive innovative sales initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing coaching and guidance to help team members achieve their full potential.
- Customer Focus: Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Strive for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Monitor inventory levels, manage budgets, and optimize resources.
- Leadership Qualities: Proven experience in a leadership role with a strong focus on sales and customer excellence. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education and Experience: Associate's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Substitution: Four (4) years of lending in consumer and/or consumer real estate may be considered in lieu of the degree. Three (3) years of experience in the financial services industry. Three (3) years of experience working in sales or customer service.
- Desired Qualifications: Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
