Job Title: Branch Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Lead to join our team at CCFBank. As a Branch Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed branch targets. Identify market opportunities, analyze trends, and drive innovative sales initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing coaching and guidance to help team members achieve their full potential.
- Customer Focus: Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Strive for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Monitor inventory levels, manage budgets, and optimize resources.
- Leadership and Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role with a strong focus on sales and customer excellence. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
- Education: Associate's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Substitution: Four (4) years of lending in consumer and/or consumer real estate may be considered in lieu of the degree.
- Experience: Three (3) years of experience in the financial services industry. Three (3) years of experience working in sales or customer service.
- Supervisory Experience: Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Full Time Position: 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday work week; one Saturday per month.
