Job Overview

Brightspeed is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our Sales and Channel Management – Community Transformations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our presence in the Multi-Unit Dwelling (MDU) and Single-Family Home (SFH) markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new MDU and SFH partnerships through contract negotiations with developers, property managers, and builders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to educate them on Brightspeed's products and services, and negotiate agreements to bring fiber services to new or existing properties.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing a full sales funnel to ensure maximum revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer experience, to deliver exceptional end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Lead in industry knowledge and competitive landscape, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate complex agreements.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of cable, TV, Internet, and/or Voice products and services.
  • Residential property management or real estate development experience.
