Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various logistics and procurement activities to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products.
- Procurement Support: Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements, and provide recommendations to management.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including production, quality, and sales teams, to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Competitive Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour.
