Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with leads
  • Follow up on self-generated prospects
  • Adhere to ethical standards during in-home sales presentations
  • Provide daily updates on self-generated lead activities to the sales manager
  • Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships while establishing new ones
  • Follow up on company-generated leads
  • Cold-call potential clients, including residential and commercial

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident candidate with a willingness to learn. While prior experience in outside sales is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with initiative and the ability to generate sales independently each month. It is essential to align with our company culture and meet or exceed established goals. We value innovative thinking, fresh ideas, and enthusiasm for providing quality water solutions.


Specific Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience preferred but not essential
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and car insurance - must be insurable

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends for events.
