We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at LHC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the home health care industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and budgets for assigned locations.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market share through key account development, prospecting, and call frequency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of LHC Group's services to referral sources and patients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive business growth and develop sales strategies.
  • Manage sales administration duties, including CRM, expense entry, and payroll time sheets.
  • Stay within budget and manage sales and marketing expenses effectively.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of prior successful home health or hospice sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
