K12 Education Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at MOGEL. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet assigned quotas and drive revenue growth for our K12 Education business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services to prospective buyers.
  • Develop sales strategies to meet assigned quotas and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
  • Make cold calls or reach out to prospects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
  • Compile and analyze data to find trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Maintain a database of contact information and build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments.
  • Handle complaints and negotiations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Attend trade shows, seminars, and client events as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field and at least 7-10 years of external sales-related experience.
  • Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time at least 3 days/week, involving overnight travel.
  • Must maintain a valid Motor Vehicle Driver License and a clear DMV record for the past 39 months.
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends or ability to quickly learn.
  • Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
