Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join Senior Helpers - Tallahassee, FL team.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Policies and Procedures: Implement policies and procedures to ensure adequate and appropriate care and services are being provided to clients.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective channels of written and verbal communication with the agency's owners.
  • Payroll and HR: Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate office activities, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
  • Support Functions: Support human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Staff Supervision: Appropriate supervision of staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
  • Filing Systems: Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records to ensure easy access.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in Outlook email, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality with sound decision-making skills based on company policies and philosophy.
