Key Responsibilities
  • Review loan origination system for accuracy and completeness prior to closing.
  • Coordinate with loan processors, production staff, and closing agents to ensure timely completion of loan closings.
  • Verify and approve the final closing disclosure and settlement statement.
  • Maintain knowledge of investor and state-specific closing requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with escrow coordinators, branch managers, and loan officers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in mortgage closing and processing.
  • Proficiency in mortgage software.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
