Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and quote deficiencies identified by field technicians.
  • Exhibit flexibility, responsiveness, and enthusiasm in addressing customer needs.
  • Offer innovative solutions when collaborating with clients on deficiencies.
  • Prepare and deliver estimates and proposals promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or HVAC services, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and piping design, estimation, and sales.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong mathematical and financial acumen.
  • Interest in business development through networking and participation in industry events.
  • Solid understanding and enthusiasm for modern technologies.
