Position Overview

The selected candidate will oversee HVAC and automation systems maintenance sales contracts for commercial, industrial, educational, and institutional clients in designated regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and nurture technical relationships with clients
  • Drive sales growth among existing contract customers
  • Possess knowledge of building automation systems
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Convert leads into sales through strategic engagement
  • Establish multiple connections within client organizations, including facility managers and project leads
  • Maintain a healthy rate of new sales
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as necessary

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing
  • Understanding of financial sales principles
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems is advantageous
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, coupled with a positive team-oriented attitude
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in computer applications and software
