Position Overview

This role involves overseeing maintenance sales contracts for HVAC and automation systems, catering to commercial, industrial, educational, and institutional clients in the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and sustain technical relationships with clients.
  • Enhance sales opportunities for current contract customers.
  • Possess knowledge of building automation systems.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Transform leads into actionable sales strategies.
  • Establish multiple connections within client organizations, including facility managers and project coordinators.
  • Achieve a satisfactory rate of new sales.
  • Travel within the regional area as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Understanding of financial sales principles.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, complemented by a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Commitment to prioritizing customer service.
  • Proficient in computer usage and common software applications.
  • Ability to manage processes effectively.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
