Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, gross profit goals, and assigned objectives, demonstrating your expertise in sales management.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional representation and support, ultimately enhancing their profitability.
  • Sales Strategy: Prepare thoroughly for each sales interaction, ensuring a proactive approach and excellent execution.
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and comprehensively to client inquiries, delivering outstanding service at every interaction.
  • Industry Participation: Engage actively in local HVACR and LP Gas associations, committees, and events to deepen your industry knowledge.
  • Professional Integrity: Maintain the highest ethical standards, embodying professionalism and integrity in all dealings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HVAC Expertise: Familiarity with HVAC systems and supplies is highly preferred, positioning you for success in this dynamic role.
  • Skills: Exhibit excellent organizational abilities, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
