We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team at Wiese USA as a Parts Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing, storing, and issuing spare parts for industrial equipment.

As a Parts Sales Specialist, you will provide a full range of replacement parts for forklifts and other industrial equipment to both external customers and our company's Service Technicians. You must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and purchasing parts without Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs)
  • Consulting with customers in a sales and advisory capacity to provide necessary parts
  • Ensuring all parts are fully stocked and readily available
  • Supplying Service Technicians with necessary parts in a timely manner
  • Conducting regular inventory counts to maintain accurate records
  • Assuming responsibility for shipping and receiving of parts
  • Performing regular record management tasks
  • Handling all returns and warranty issues

As a team member of Wiese USA, you will be expected to promote our company's vision, cultural values, and safety guidelines while supporting our mission to be a leader in the material handling equipment and service industry.
