About the Luxury Brand Sales Specialist Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Luxury Brand Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and selling high-end luxury products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming and consultative experience for clients
- Support the store in maintaining high standards of presentation and product care
- Foster a collaborative and open environment, ensuring all safety and security procedures are followed
- Maintain a consistently neat and professional appearance in accordance with company dress code standards
- Perform special duties as assigned by store management
Requirements
- 1-3 years of retail sales experience with high-end luxury and/or custom products
- Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and foster relationships
- Flexibility in work schedule reflecting the needs and patterns of store hours
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Ability to develop interpersonal skills and capabilities through ongoing training, as provided by the company
