About the Job

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Luxury Store Associate to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Luxury Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and selling high-end luxury products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Demonstrate enthusiasm and interest in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and consultative experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide excellence in customer service, including product information and appropriate follow-up.
  • Store Maintenance: Support the store in maintaining the standards of presentation and product care.
  • Teamwork: Foster and support a collaborative and open environment.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed.
  • Appearance: Maintain a consistently neat and professional appearance in accordance with company dress code standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years retail sales experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with high-end luxury and/or custom products.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and foster relationships.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility in work schedule reflecting the needs and patterns of store hours.
  • Independence: Self-directed and able to work independently.
  • Training: Ability to develop interpersonal skills and capabilities through on-going training, as provided by the company.
