Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Luxury Store Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming and consultative experience for all clients.
  • Provide in-depth product information, answering questions and addressing customer concerns.
  • Support the store in maintaining high standards of presentation and product care.
  • Foster a collaborative and open work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to company dress code standards.
Requirements
  • 13 years of retail sales experience, preferably in high-end luxury and/or custom products.
  • Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, reflecting the needs and patterns of store hours.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently, with a strong desire to develop interpersonal skills and capabilities.
