- Proactive Engagement: Efficiently process leads, aligning with company Service Level Agreements to ensure every guest's journey is exceptional.
- Intuitive Service: Anticipate and exceed guest expectations, offering a personalized touch at every stage of the reservation process.
- Steward of Knowledge: Deepen your understanding of the luxury cruise industry and our offerings, providing expert recommendations tailored to each guest's desires.
- Continuous Growth: Engage in daily team meetings and training sessions to refine your expertise in internal processes, products, and destinations.
- Education: Minimum 2-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of Customer Service and Sales experience, preferably within the luxury cruise sector
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented, surpassing set Key Performance Indicators
- Proficiency in reservation systems and policies
- Eagerness to master all facets of our product offerings, from land to air, hotel to shore excursions
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Onsite, Full-time (40-hour work week)
- Shift-based with flexibility for some weekends, public holidays, and evenings
