About the Luxury Brand Sales Specialist Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Luxury Brand Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in our luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers to provide excellent service and build trust
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide informed recommendations
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Requirements
- 1-3 years of retail sales experience with high-end luxury and/or custom products
- Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and foster relationships
- Flexibility in work schedule to meet the needs of the store
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Ability to develop interpersonal skills and capabilities through ongoing training
