Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Luxury Brand Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in our luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers to provide excellent service and build trust
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide informed recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of retail sales experience with high-end luxury and/or custom products
  • Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and foster relationships
  • Flexibility in work schedule to meet the needs of the store
  • Self-directed and able to work independently
  • Ability to develop interpersonal skills and capabilities through ongoing training
