Account Executive, Luxury Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our Prestige team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding financial objectives across major retailers in the Florida Territory.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute business plans to consistently surpass financial objectives, spearhead sales goals, marketing initiatives, and merchandising strategies for your business.
- Business Analysis and Insights: Utilize weekly business analysis to understand sales performance and proactively enhance the business for our customers, leveraging consumer/sales insights to propel growth.
- Relationship Management: Develop collaborative partnerships with retailers, brand ambassadors, fragrance specialists, makeup artists, and corporate teams, ensuring successful in-store visual displays and visual merchandising.
- Leadership and Development: Lead recruitment, training, and motivation of in-store sales teams to achieve retail targets and improve rankings, demonstrating leadership qualities and a proven track record of sales success.
- 5+ years of account executive sales experience in beauty or fashion, preferably in luxury markets.
- Previous experience working with fragrance and makeup, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.
- Highly driven with a strong business acumen, exceptional selling skills, and profound product knowledge.
- Ability to meet deliverables within deadlines, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and lead in-store events and trainings.
- Leadership qualities, demonstrated through leading, developing, and motivating sales specialists, with a successful track record of sales success.
- Passion for all things beauty and fragrance, with a valid driver's license, vehicle, proof of insurance, and ability to drive and travel long distances for extended periods.
