Position Overview
The Vice President of Human Resources at Delphi Technologies plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our HR operations within a dynamic organization. This position oversees a dedicated team and is responsible for all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, compensation structures, employee benefits, workforce relations, payroll administration, health initiatives, leadership training, and compliance with relevant regulations.

The Vice President will report directly to the executive leadership and will be instrumental in enhancing HR processes, improving staffing strategies, and implementing advanced HR technology solutions. The focus will be on fostering a culture of innovation and strategic thinking, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance our HR frameworks aimed at attracting, rewarding, developing, and retaining top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee recruitment and talent management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement performance management systems and employee development programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of five to seven years of progressive experience in human resources, particularly in a leadership role within a service-oriented or healthcare environment.
Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, along with proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
