Role Summary:
The Senior Vice President of Sales will provide strategic direction and operational leadership to VSoft's sales organization across various market segments, including:
- Community Financial Institutions

This role is focused on maximizing revenue and profit margins while solidifying the company's market presence. The SVP will lead sales initiatives with a comprehensive solution-oriented approach, aiming to build and develop a strong sales organization. Ensuring that sales targets and forecasts align with the organization's long-term strategic goals is essential. Additionally, this position will oversee the team responsible for managing existing client relationships and support the Client Success team in post-sales implementation and technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.
- Cultivate a culture of success and continuous achievement of business goals.
- Manage customer expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team.
- Define, monitor, and enhance sales processes.
- Establish infrastructure and systems to support the sales function's success.
- Provide accurate and detailed sales forecasts.
- Gather and analyze data related to customer and prospect interactions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to company leadership.
- Collaborate closely with strategic partners to develop successful channel programs.
- Manage key customer relationships and engage in closing strategic opportunities.
- Oversee the sales team's activities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Contribute to the development of major accounts.
- Supervise lead generation efforts in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Train sales staff for effective presentations and ensure resources are available for successful demonstrations.
- Guide the team in preparing sales proposals for clients and prospects.
- Assist in the RFP/RFI process.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements that align with customer expectations and VSoft's capabilities.
- Travel for in-person meetings with clients and partners to foster key relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in selling to banks, credit unions, and financial service providers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
