Role Summary:

As the Vice President of Human Resources at Augmentjobs, you will spearhead our human capital strategy, ensuring that our people practices are in sync with our overarching business goals. This pivotal role involves shaping our organizational ethos, enhancing employee satisfaction, and spearheading talent development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute HR strategies that resonate with Augmentjobs' business objectives. Lead the HR team and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Direct the recruitment process, ensuring the identification, selection, and integration of premier talent. Craft and implement talent management strategies to retain top performers and facilitate career progression.
  • Employee Relations: Cultivate a supportive work atmosphere by addressing employee issues, mediating disputes, and ensuring adherence to employment regulations.
  • Performance Management: Develop and execute performance management frameworks that enhance employee efficiency and align personal objectives with corporate goals.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain exceptional talent. Conduct salary assessments and uphold equitable remuneration practices.
  • Organizational Development: Propel initiatives focused on organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership growth. Implement training and development programs to elevate skills and competencies.
  • HR Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to guide HR decisions and strategies. Track essential metrics and evaluate the success of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all pertinent labor laws and regulations. Formulate and enforce HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain legal compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is advantageous.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of progressive experience in human resources, emphasizing leadership and strategic HR management. Prior experience in a senior HR capacity is preferred.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in HR analytics and the capacity to utilize data to drive decision-making and enhance HR practices.
  • Conflict Resolution: Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively address employee concerns.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to evolving business needs and priorities.
