Qualifications:

  • A proven history of leading and executing successful M&A transactions, capital raising, and other financial advisory engagements.
  • Extensive industry knowledge of healthcare and an understanding of market dynamics within the relevant sectors.
  • Outstanding analytical, financial modeling, and valuation capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, senior executives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
