Position Overview
The Vice President of Human Resources at Delphi Technologies plays a pivotal role in steering the HR operations within a mission-driven organization comprising approximately 400 employees. This position encompasses the strategic management and oversight of all human resources activities, including talent acquisition, compensation structures, employee benefits, labor relations, payroll management, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Vice President will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes, optimizing staffing strategies, and further implementing cutting-edge HR technology platforms. The focus will be on cultivating a people-centric culture that aligns with our organizational values and objectives.

As an engaging leader, you will embrace challenges and apply your extensive HR knowledge to drive impactful frameworks that attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent.

Essential Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required, with a Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Licensure/Certifications: A valid driver's license is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of five to seven years of progressive experience in Human Resources is essential, particularly in a leadership capacity within a healthcare or human services environment.
Knowledge: A thorough understanding of HR principles, regulatory compliance, and management practices relevant to the healthcare sector is required. Familiarity with performance management systems, employee benefits, and HRIS is also necessary.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard computer applications and HR software is expected, along with the ability to navigate online HR services effectively.
Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance are required.
