The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of cooks.

The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
