About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and increase sales revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • 2-year technical degree (preferably in an Engineering discipline)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
