Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to Inside Sales Representatives, Field Sales Representatives, and Branch Management.
  • Manage Quote and Order Entry and Maintenance.
  • Prepare various spreadsheets and documentation.
  • Enhance service quality and ensure timely delivery by maintaining records, tracking shipments, and offering recommendations.
  • Generate and distribute sales reports and promotional materials.
  • Oversee office supplies, coordinate branch meetings, manage branch intranet, and maintain the division contact list.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this position, candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

This role necessitates handling information or accessing hardware subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must qualify as a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR, which includes U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders), Political Asylees, or Refugees.
