Key Responsibilities:
- Employ effective negotiation techniques to deliver optimal logistics solutions.
- Maintain consistent communication with the sales team and clients to address and resolve issues.

Qualifications:
While prior experience in freight brokerage is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A commitment to adhering to established processes while contributing to their enhancement.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A willingness to engage in outbound sales activities.
