About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Account Manager to join our team at AWC. As an Inside Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Develop Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Forecasting and Analysis: Direct sales forecasting activities, analyze account sales data, and promote sales to drive business growth.
  • Quote and Order Management: Process customer requests for quotes and purchase orders, and establish and manage customer requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with Outside Account Managers and Project Managers to establish profit, inventory suggestions, and pricing requirements for key accounts.
  • Process Improvement: Review work processes to ensure that internal and external quality standards are followed and suggest improvements.
Requirements
  • Technical Degree: 2-year technical degree (preferred in an Engineering discipline).
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Automation and Electrical industry experience.
  • Team Player: Must be a team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate (verbal and written) and willingness to be on call for after-hours & weekend support periodically.
  • Technical Skills: Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and base level knowledge of Electrical and Automation products.
