Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Representative to oversee our marketing initiatives. This role involves crafting and executing strategies to enhance the company's visibility in the market and establish a distinctive voice that resonates with our audience. The successful candidate will possess a strong passion for marketing and be adept at utilizing innovative marketing strategies. A creative mindset and the ability to inspire others are essential for this role. The ultimate goal is to expand the company's market share and optimize revenue streams to stay competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to raise awareness of the company's services.
  • Lead the marketing department, providing direction and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Generate ideas for promotional events and ensure their efficient execution.
  • Plan and manage campaigns for corporate promotions and the launch of new services.
  • Track progress and prepare performance reports.
  • Create valuable content for the company's online presence and manage publications.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across projects.
  • Act as the organization's representative to external parties, including media, stakeholders, and potential clients, while fostering strategic partnerships.
  • Deliver presentations to various audiences to educate them about the benefits of Pain Relief.
  • Build and maintain relationships with organizations and individuals involved in pain management.
  • Travel to potential provider offices to promote our services and assist with necessary documentation.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and personal auto insurance.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Representative or in a similar capacity.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with current online marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) and Google AdWords.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong aptitude for service.
  • Professional chartered marketer (CIM) certification is advantageous.
